Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, utilizing our client portal, or initiating a checkout flow for our Automated Dispensing Equipment (ADE), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Service. Enterprise deployments of our hardware are further governed by the specific Master Hardware Rental Agreement, which must be explicitly accepted via clickwrap authorization during the checkout process.
Description of Service
Alit T Asia Pte Ltd provides a B2B Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) solution. This includes the leasing of smart beverage dispensers, access to cloud-based telemetry dashboards, and the supply of proprietary consumable ingredients.
Payment, Pricing and Auto-Debit Mandates

Recurring Billing: Our services operate on a recurring subscription model. By completing the checkout process, you authorize Alit T Asia Pte Ltd and our payment gateway partner to securely tokenize your payment method and execute automated Direct Debits.

Fee Structure: Charges include a fixed Monthly Rental fee and a variable Dispensation Fee (calculated in arrears based on monthly telemetry data).

Failed Payments: If an auto-debit mandate fails, we reserve the right to suspend cloud portal access or remotely disable the hardware until the outstanding balance is cleared
Delivery and Installation Policy
Following the successful authorization of the initial payment and acceptance of the Master Hardware Rental Agreement, our team or an authorized SSP will coordinate the delivery and installation of the equipment at your approved site(s). The Client must ensure the site has stable power and water utilities prior to installation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: All subscription fees, hardware rentals, and telemetry charges are strictly non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation Notice: Clients wishing to cancel their recurring mandate must provide formal written notice in accordance with the termination clauses outlined in their executed Master Hardware Rental Agreement.

Early Termination: Canceling the service prior to the expiration of the agreed Term will result in early termination fees (liquidated damages) and the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit, as detailed in the Master Agreement.

Hardware Retrieval: Upon cancellation, the Client's right to use the equipment ceases, and the Client must grant our technicians access to the premises to uninstall and retrieve the ADE units.
Limitation of Liability
The materials and services on this site are provided "as is". Alit T Asia Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our website, portal, or hardware, except as explicitly stated in the Master Hardware Rental Agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these website terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
