Telemetry & Operational Data: When utilizing our ADE hardware, we automatically collect machine-level data via AWS IoT Core. This includes beverage dispensation volumes, ingredient levels, machine temperature, hardware diagnostics, and error logs. This data does not contain personally identifiable information of the end-consumer.

We use the collected data for the following B2B operational purposes:

To process monthly recurring Direct Debit payments via our subscribed third party payment gateway for hardware rentals and dispensation fees.
