Alit T (pronounced “AL-it Tee”) was established to ignite a fundamentally new business model within the craft beverage industry.
The genesis of our company came from observing a persistent friction in hospitality: the profound disconnect between the vibrant, artisanal beverage concepts born in local neighborhoods and the operational realities of scaling them for enterprise. With over two decades of deep-rooted experience spanning both the F&B and technology sectors, we watched hospitality groups struggle to maintain the soul and consistency of their recipes when expanding across borders.
We realized that true innovation isn't just about building a better machine; it is about capturing the essence of a market.
